Raveh Haber & Co. acted as legal counsel in the formation of Noy Infrastructure and Energy Fund II managed by Pinchas (Pini) Cohen, Ran Shelach and Gil-Ad Boshwitz.  The Fund is a successor fund to the prior fund raised by the Noy Group.  The Fund raised NIS 1.2 billion from investors in its initial closing including from leading Israeli institutional investors.

Raveh Haber & Co. acted as legal counsel in connection with the formation of Yesodot A' Real-estate and Development Fund, managed by Ester Friedman, Yakov Siso and David Baruch.  Yesodot Fund provides comprehensive financial solutions for urban renewal projects including development, underwriting and operation of loans for the residential real estate sector, including by provisions of loans to residential projects.  The Fund raised more than NIS 200 million from Israeli institutional investors in its initial closing.

Raveh Haber & Co. served as lead counsel in the formation of Tene Growth Capital III, an Israel-focused private equity fund.  The Fund is the third of three private equity funds raised to date by the Tene Group.  Capital commitments to the Fund in its initial closing exceeded US$200 million and investors included leading Israeli and foreign institutional investors.
