Gil Raveh

Gil specializes in taxation, investment funds, and international joint ventures. Gil's investment funds practice focuses on the formation and operation of investment funds, representation of institutional investors in their investments in investment funds; representation of foreign gatekeepers in their Israeli activities; and representation of Israeli entities in international joint ventures, and in particular in joint ventures relating to ownership of foreign real estate assets.

Gil's tax practice focuses on international taxation, with a special emphasis on tax issues related to investment funds and on the representation of high net-worth individuals (including, in connection with trusts, cross-border inheritance and compensation matters, and pre-immigration planning). In addition, Gil’s practice includes representation of senior executives, both Israeli individuals and non-Israeli individuals relocating to Israel, in connection with their employment agreements and tax planning relating thereto.

Following his admission to the Israeli bar in 1995, Gil earned an LLM in Taxation with Distinction from Georgetown and practiced tax law at two leading US law firms for four years, prior to returning to Israel in 2000. Gil was a partner at several leading Israeli law firms prior to co-founding Raveh Haber & Co. and specialized in both taxation and private equity at those firms. He is widely recognized as one of the leading Israeli practitioners in those practice areas and has been listed as a Leading Individual in the Legal 500 Guide to the Israeli market.

Miriam Haber

Miriam's practice focuses on the formation of funds of all types, including hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds, venture capital funds and funds of funds, as well as the representation of Israeli institutional investors making investments in various Israeli and non-Israeli funds. She also has extensive experience in the formation and operation of feeders for the purpose of making specific investments and co-investments and in representing Israeli investors investing in real estate outside of Israel.

Miriam also represents institutions purchasing and selling derivatives and other financial instruments, including ISDA-governed instruments, and institutional and non-institutional clients in various complex commercial matters.

In 1993, Miriam received her law degree from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She then practiced tax law at the New York and London branches of Davis Polk and Wardwell and at the New York branch of Schulte Roth and Zabel, two leading U.S. law firms, prior to immigrating to Israel in 1999. Miriam was a partner at a large Israeli law firm prior to co-founding Raveh Haber & Co. and is widely recognized in the Israeli market for her private equity expertise. Galit Friedman

Galit specializes in taxation. Galit practice includes, inter alia, representation of Israeli and foreign companies and high net worth individuals in their domestic and international taxation.  Galit consults individuals in matters relating to their personal taxation, including on pre-immigration planning and the tax implications of benefit plans and compensation matters.  In addition Galit represents clients in pre-ruling procedures and assessment negotiations with the Israeli Tax Authorities on a wide range of tax matters. She is also experienced in civil tax litigation cases.  Galit fields of expertise include income tax, corporate tax, taxation of trusts and VAT.

Yuval Arad

Yuval specializes in investment funds and corporate transactions. Yuval's practice areas include formation and operation of private equity and venture capital funds and representation of institutional and individual investors in connection with their investments in funds of all types both in Israel and abroad. Yuval has extensive experience in advising on Israeli regulatory matters relating to investments of Israeli institutional investors and has been involved in structuring such investments. Chaim Tekuzener

Chaim specializes in investment funds and corporate transactions. Chaim's practice also includes drafting of commercial agreements and general corporate and commercial counseling, as well as advising clients with respect to their day to day legal and business affairs.

During his studies Chaim served, among others, as a member of the Editorial Boards of the “Law Religion and State” Law Review published by Brill (2011) and of the “Democratic Culture” Law Review published by the Israel Democracy Institute (2012), both in collaboration with the Bar-Ilan University Faculty of Law.
